1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GoAgents, including the marketing website, waitlist, product application, agent builder, workflow execution, integrations, and related support channels.
By accessing or using GoAgents, creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using an invited early-access feature, you agree to these Terms. If you use GoAgents for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Service description
GoAgents helps users create and run AI agents using prepared templates or custom workflows. Planned and early-access capabilities may include personal assistant workflows, customer support, community administration, web search, knowledge-base retrieval, messaging integrations, email or calendar actions, voice calls, and API/webhook connectors.
GoAgents may change, add, pause, or remove features as the platform evolves. Waitlist registration does not guarantee immediate access or availability of a specific feature.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account and contact information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use paid or production GoAgents features.
4. Your data, instructions, and integrations
You retain ownership of the content you submit to GoAgents, including workflow instructions, uploaded knowledge files, prompts, messages, call objectives, and integration configuration.
You grant GoAgents the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.
- Only upload data you are allowed to process with GoAgents and selected AI providers.
- Do not connect accounts, APIs, phone numbers, documents, or communication channels unless you have the required permission.
- Keep access tokens and other integration credentials confidential.
5. AI outputs and user responsibility
GoAgents uses AI models and tools that can produce inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unexpected outputs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, employment, safety, security, billing, or other high-impact decisions.
Unless a specific workflow explicitly supports a different approved behavior, agents should not make payments, enter binding commitments, disclose sensitive information, or take irreversible actions without appropriate human review.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse GoAgents or use it to harm others.
- Do not use GoAgents for illegal, deceptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or privacy-invasive activity.
- Do not attempt to overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or gain unauthorized access to GoAgents or third-party systems.
- Do not use agents to spam, scrape, impersonate, collect sensitive data without permission, or contact people where you lack a lawful basis.
- Do not submit malware, secrets you are not authorized to use, or data that violates another person's rights.
7. Pricing, credits, payment, and delivery
GoAgents is planned to charge for paid usage through prepaid credits. Credits may be consumed by model tokens, realtime voice, tool calls, connectors, storage, infrastructure, and other metered execution costs.
Pricing may include provider costs plus GoAgents platform, infrastructure, orchestration, storage, support, and functionality charges shown at checkout or in the product before paid usage.
If your credit balance is low or depleted, GoAgents may pause paid workflows until you add more credits. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
The current public services and top-up prices are listed on the Pricing page: the minimum prepaid GoAgents credit top-up is 400 UAH, and you can add any higher custom amount before checkout. 1 GoAgents credit equals 1 UAH of prepaid balance.
GoAgents is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped. Service access, credits, invoices, usage records, and workflow results are delivered electronically through the product, email, or connected communication channels.
Payments may be accepted through WayForPay checkout by Visa/Mastercard cards and other methods shown at checkout. Paid credits are normally activated automatically after successful payment or within 1 business day if additional verification is required.
8. Third-party services
GoAgents may interoperate with AI model providers, messaging services, email or calendar providers, telephony providers, analytics, payment processors, hosting providers, and other tools you choose to connect.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. GoAgents is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using GoAgents at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, fail to pay required fees, or if we must do so for legal or security reasons.
After termination, we may retain limited information as required for security, billing, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and backups.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
GoAgents is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that AI outputs will be correct for your situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoAgents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to GoAgents in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the Service, by email, or by updating the date above. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of GoAgents, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence continue to apply where required by law.
