GoAgents is planned around a simple usage wallet: you add credits first, agents spend those credits as they use AI models and supported tools, and you top up again before the balance runs out.

Credits are consumed by model calls, realtime voice, tool usage, and other metered execution costs.
Credits also support orchestration, managed cloud execution, product functionality, and operational reliability.
How credits work
Before using paid GoAgents actions, you add money to your GoAgents credit balance. Each workflow then deducts credits based on the metered resources used to complete the task.
When your balance gets low, GoAgents may warn you and pause paid actions until you add more credits. This protects you from accidental spend and helps keep billing predictable.

What counts as usage
Usage depends on what an agent needs to do. A simple text answer normally costs less than a long multi-step workflow with web research, large documents, voice calls, or several model turns.
- AI model input and output tokens.
- Realtime voice or call minutes where voice agents are enabled.
- Tool calls such as web search, retrieval, connectors, or external API actions when they carry provider costs.
- Storage, indexing, or processing of uploaded knowledge if those features become metered.
Platform, infrastructure, and functionality
Paid usage reflects more than raw model calls. GoAgents operates the workflow runtime, product builder, monitoring, integrations, storage, billing, and support needed to run agents reliably.
Provider prices, model choices, exchange rates, taxes, payment processing, and infrastructure costs may change. The product should show the applicable model, usage estimate, or billing basis before paid usage whenever practical.
Bring-your-own-key and platform billing
If GoAgents lets you use your own AI provider key, that provider may bill you directly for model usage. In that case, GoAgents may charge only for platform features, orchestration, storage, or other non-provider costs that are shown before use.
User-supplied provider keys should be handled as secrets and are not part of prepaid GoAgents credits unless the product explicitly says otherwise.
Early-access status
GoAgents is still preparing first-user access. Pricing shown here is a policy direction, not a public fixed-rate card. Exact top-up minimums, supported currencies, taxes, invoices, and payment providers may be finalized before paid launch.
The pricing page should be treated as the current public draft of the intended billing model.

Do credits expire?
The planned default is that paid credits remain available while your account is active, unless a checkout screen, invoice, or local law states a different term.
Can usage continue after credits run out?
Paid usage should pause when credits are depleted. You can top up again to continue.
Are consumed credits refundable?
Credits already spent on completed usage are generally non-refundable, except for billing errors, service failures covered by the Refund Policy, or statutory rights.
