Prompts, messages, files, and workflow metadata are processed so GoAgents can complete your tasks.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how GoAgents handles personal information, waitlist data, workflow content, credentials metadata, and usage information.
In short
User API keys and credentials should be encrypted or tokenized and never shown back in plaintext.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
1. Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use GoAgents.
- Waitlist and contact data: contact value, contact channel, name, preferred agent, task description, and language.
- Account data: email address, name, authentication provider, organization details, and account settings.
- Workflow data: prompts, agent instructions, task descriptions, uploaded knowledge files, messages, transcripts, call objectives, tool inputs and outputs, run status, and error details.
- Integration data: connection settings, webhook URLs, channel identifiers, calendar/email metadata, telephony metadata, and masked credential hints.
- Usage and billing data: model/provider choices, token counts, latency, estimated cost, credit balance events, invoices, payment status, and support requests.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, approximate location, pages visited, timestamps, request IDs, diagnostics, and security logs.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, debug, and improve GoAgents.
- To run AI workflows, retrieve relevant knowledge, call tools, deliver messages, and show workflow history.
- To manage accounts, waitlist invitations, support, billing, credits, invoices, and refunds.
- To detect abuse, enforce limits, protect users, and comply with legal obligations.
- To communicate service updates, early-access invitations, security notices, and policy changes.
3. AI providers and workflow processing
When a workflow uses an AI model, GoAgents may send your prompts, messages, uploaded excerpts, retrieved knowledge, tool results, and relevant metadata to the selected AI provider so the model can generate a response or perform the workflow.
Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information unless you have the right to process it with GoAgents and the selected providers.
4. Third-party services
We share information with third parties only as needed to provide the Service, at your direction, or where legally required.
- AI model providers for text, reasoning, voice, and related model execution.
- Hosting, database, observability, and security providers.
- Authentication providers, such as Google, if you sign in with them.
- Messaging, email, calendar, telephony, webhook, and API providers that you connect.
- Payment processors and banks for credit purchases, invoices, refunds, and fraud prevention.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties where required for legal compliance or dispute resolution.
5. Credentials and API keys
If you add provider keys or integration credentials, GoAgents should store them encrypted, tokenized, or otherwise protected. We should show only masked metadata, such as provider name or key hint, in product screens.
You are responsible for keeping credentials valid, scoped, and authorized for the workflows you run.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide GoAgents, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and account status.
- Waitlist data is retained until you ask us to delete it or until it is no longer needed for early access.
- Account and billing records may be retained while your account is active and for required legal or tax periods afterward.
- Workflow history, transcripts, tool logs, and uploaded knowledge may be retained while the account or workspace is active, unless deleted through supported controls.
- Security logs and backups may persist for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including HTTPS/TLS, access controls, audit logs, and restricted handling of secrets. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information.
- To exercise rights, contact us using the email below.
- We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
- Some records may be retained where required by law, security, billing, backup, or dispute-resolution needs.
9. Cookies and local storage
The marketing website currently uses browser storage for language preference, article discovery state, and waitlist-interest state. The product application may use authentication/session storage and strictly necessary security storage.
See Cookie preferences for details and optional future preferences.
10. Children's privacy
GoAgents is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes may be communicated by email, through the Service, or by a prominent website notice.
